How to Redeem

Redemption is only available through the Airtel Thanks app:

1. Open the Airtel Thanks app and log in with your registered mobile number (RTN)

2. Go to 'Claim OTTs and more' in the Benefits section

3. Look for the Perplexity Pro card in the rewards section

4. If the card is visible, select 'Manage' > 'Recover Account' to set up or reset your account

For New Perplexity Pro Subscribers

• Create your Perplexity account using any email address, Google, or Apple account during signup.

For Existing Perplexity Pro Subscribers

• Perplexity.ai (Stripe) subscribers: No action needed. Your 12 free months will start automatically after your current subscription ends.

• Apple/Google subscribers: Please turn off auto-renewal on your subscription. The promotion will begin only after your current paid period ends. If auto-renewal isn't turned off, you'll keep being charged and the promo won't apply.

Why isn't my Perplexity Pro access active after redeeming the offer through Airtel?

Perplexity Pro should activate after you claim the offer and receive confirmation in your Airtel Thanks app.

If the offer is showing as already redeemed, use the 'Recover Account' option in the Airtel Thanks app to retrieve your offer details or complete the activation process.

How to verify you have effectively used the promo:

1. Open the Airtel Thanks app and log in with your registered mobile number (RTN)

2. Go to 'Claim OTTs and more' in the Benefits section

3. Look for the Perplexity Pro card in rewards

4. Check if the offer is marked as "Redeemed"

5. If so, select "Manage" > "Recover Account" to reset and set up the account again
