Troubleshooting access to threads & Pro features

Follow these steps to confirm you’re logged into the correct account on all your devices.

Lost a thread?

If you've lost a thread, please check your browser history. Threads created while logged out are automatically deleted after 14 days, and we can't recover them.

Lost access to all your threads or your Pro subscription?

One quick way to help resolve or prevent this is to ensure that the email address associated with your account is identical on all devices, so please ensure:

1. The email address is exactly the same

2. Ensure you're using the same letter-casing
(e.g., email@mail.com and Email@mail.com are different)

Please note:
If you're an iCloud+ user, your Pro subscription may be linked to Apple Relay or Hide My Email. Here's an example email address: xvgh62476b@privaterelay.appleid.com.

If you're not an "Apple Relay" user, here's how to find your email address, by device:

For laptop/desktop


Web Browser/Windows
1. Click your profile display picture on the bottom left of the screen.
2. Select "My Account" from the options.
3. Your Email will be displayed there.

Mac
1. Ensure your side-bar is visible, if not click the "pane icon" on the top left.

2. Click your profile on the bottom left

3. Select the "Manage Account" link

4. The email will be displayed there

For mobile devices

iOS
1. Click your account on the top left of your screen
2. Select the "Manage Account" link just under your username
3. Your email will be displayed here.

Android
1. Click your account on the top left of your screen
2. Your email will be displayed there
