Who is eligible for the Perplexity Pro offer through Airtel?

The offer is available to all Airtel customers in India with active prepaid, postpaid, broadband, or DTH services. Both individual and business (B2C and B2B) customers are eligible, as long as the account is active.

How do I redeem my Perplexity Pro offer?

  • Redemption is only through the Airtel Thanks app (not on the website).

  • Open the Airtel Thanks app and log in using your mobile number (RTN).

  • Go to ‘Claim OTTs and more’ in the Benefits section.

  • Find the Perplexity Pro card in your rewards.

  • Tap ‘Manage’ and select ‘Recover Account’ if needed to reset or set up your account.

  • Complete set-up using any email, Google, or Apple ID. You do not need a special Airtel-linked email.

What if I don’t see the Perplexity Pro card in my app?

  • If your Airtel account is inactive, you will not see the Perplexity Pro card.

  • If you believe you are eligible but the card is missing, please contact Airtel support.


Are corporate or business Airtel accounts eligible?

Yes, all active Airtel customers including individual, business, and enterprise are eligible for this offer. Inactive customers are not eligible.

Is the offer available outside India?

No, this offer is only for Airtel customers currently in India. If you have existing Airtel plan, you will have to return to India to avail the offer.

Do I need to link my email to Airtel?

No, there is no such thing as an Airtel-linked email. Log in to Airtel via your mobile number/RTN and use any email, Google, or Apple account for Perplexity.

Why am I being asked to pay or seeing ‘Basic’ on my Perplexity account?

  • If you previously subscribed to Perplexity Pro via Apple or Google Play, please turn off auto-renewal. The free year from Airtel begins after your paid subscription ends.

  • Make sure you are logging in to Perplexity with the same account you used after Airtel redemption.

  • If you still see ‘Basic’ or are asked to pay, return to the Airtel Thanks app and use ‘Recover Account’ under the Perplexity Pro card.

Who do I contact for help?

  • For app issues, lost access, or questions about eligibility, contact Airtel support.

  • For problems after you’ve completed redemption and still don’t see Pro access, contact Perplexity support with your Airtel redemption confirmation.


Important reminders:

  • The offer ends on January 16, 2026.

  • The offer must be redeemed in the Airtel Thanks app—web redemption is not available.

  • “Link your email” is not required; use any login method for Perplexity.

  • Only inactive Airtel customers are ineligible (card will not appear).

  • If you exited the sign-up process early, returned to the Airtel app, or had an error, use ‘Recover Account’ to finish setting up your Pro access.
