If I upgrade from Enterprise Pro to Enterprise Max does my balance carry over?
Yes, if you’ve already subscribed to Enterprise Pro we will credit the unused portion of Pro to your account, and will apply the credit on your subscription’s renewal. You will get access to all Enterprise Max features effective immediately.
I want to upgrade from Enterprise Pro yearly to Enterprise Max monthly. Is this possible?
Upgrading directly from an Enterprise Pro yearly plan to an Enterprise Max monthly plan (or from Enterprise Pro monthly to Enterprise Max yearly) via self-service is only possible if your entire organization is in Enterprise Pro, by going to your Organization settings, clicking on Manage billing, and Update subscription.
Otherwise, you’ll have to contact us if you need to switch between yearly and monthly cycle—such as moving from Enterprise Pro yearly to Enterprise Max monthly.
If I upgrade a member to Enterprise Max, will I be charged immediately or at the next billing cycle?
Upgrading an Enterprise Pro seat to Enterprise Max will result in a prorated charge based on the remaining time until the plan renews. This can take up to a week for monthly subscriptions, or a month for yearly subscriptions.
However, the renewal date for your Enterprise subscription will not change, and at the next renewal date you’ll be charged for all active seats in your organization.
I’ve purchased Enterprise Max by accident. Can I get a refund?
If you’ve made an accidental purchase, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
