How do I know if my Perplexity Pro access is active?

  • Check for the Perplexity Pro card under ‘Claim OTTs and more’ in Airtel Thanks.

  • Tap ‘Manage’ to see if the offer is “Redeemed.”

  • Sign in to Perplexity with the same email/Google/Apple ID used after Airtel redemption.

  • Check your email for a message titled “Welcome to Pro.”

  • On Perplexity.ai, your account home page or settings should display “Pro.”

I didn’t finish sign-up or exited early — how can I resume?

  • Go back to Airtel Thanks > ‘Claim OTTs and more’.

  • Locate the Perplexity Pro card, choose ‘Manage’ → ‘Recover Account.’

  • Complete the sign-up with your email/Google/Apple ID to activate Pro.

Why is Perplexity Pro not active (seeing only 'Basic' or being asked to pay)?

  • If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play, you must turn off auto-renewal; Airtel promo begins only after your current paid period ends.

  • Check you’re signed in to Perplexity with the same account used after Airtel redemption.

  • If issues continue, restart redemption via the ‘Recover Account’ option in the Airtel Thanks app.

I see “already redeemed” or can’t find the offer. What now?

  • If the Pro card says “Redeemed,” tap ‘Manage’ → ‘Recover Account’ to reset your setup or retrieve offer details.

  • If the Pro card is missing, Airtel account must be active; contact Airtel support if you believe you are eligible.

Step 1:
